I don't watch cartoons or whatever this stuff is b/c I am over 10 years old but this Daredevil guy sucks. I hate those pillowpunch guys that stay on the outside and try to win on points

Well, in the first two seasons, Oliver was a bad bad man. No qualms about putting some criminal scum down.
Then the writers went to Flash, and Arrow went down hill.
I thought it peaked in the second season

I get the argument, but I think you guys are only thinking of it from numbers and logic.
The hero isn't supposed to be judge, jury, and executioner, they're supposed to let the criminal justice system work.
Daredevil is a lawyer, of course he believes in that more than anybody. He can't decide who gets to live, and who gets to die.

At the end of the day, isn't it on the legal system to dole out death penalties? Why isn't the Joker killed by the state?

You would think “Captain America Must’ve killed a couple Nazis during WW2.”

Guess he didn’t

Punisher Only kills the worst of the worst, I never understood the hate he got.
I think the distinction is in WHEN you kill them.

If Cap is fighting a foe and kills him in doing so, he is ok with that. He has no problem shooting people at range in the MCU which you would not do if you against killing.

However if you have beaten your foe and can arrest them but instead kill them that is where Cap and others draw the line. That is where the 'if you kill them, you are no better than them' (hyperbole) comes from.

They need a vigilante vegetable maker!

Because comic book universes don't make sense and will never make sense.

The Marvel comic universe is a place where the government will send out giant robots to execute mutants just for existing but won't give the death penalty to any of the 8000 costumed mass murderers who keep going in and out of prison.

Yeah, it kinda bothered my DD is against killing but has no problems beating people to brink of becoming vegetables.

Then again he is blind person who “sees” by using by using his other senses. You have to allow for a certain degree of suspension of disbelief.
