Vieira dominated Tate

Since it should be about damage vieira clearly won. Tate was busted up bad after the fight and vieira did not have a mark on her face. One more thing. Miesha should never headline a card again. She is only getting slower and weaker and has not gotten any better technique wise.
 
I think they got the right winner, but I wouldn't have hated someone saying Tate, 1 3, and 4

But apparently Tate outstruck her and DC told me her striking has completely evolved

Miesha had no power in there or speed. She tagged vieira but Vieira had no problem with the shots and did not have a mark on her face when the fight ended. Miesha was busted up. It was not a close fight by any means. IMO Miesha maybe stole one round.

Yes I was disappointed with Cormier's obviously biased commentary again, basically talking up Tate, as that is basically the script UFC handed to him. Cormier is NOT independent enough in his commentary to simply call the fight AS IT IS in a completely unbiased way. And I do like the guy and what he has done.

UFC were trying to add in some spice to the 135lbs division and endlessly promote the return of a former (very brief!) Champ. It didn't work, she's just like she always was, she has not progressed at all, despite all her talk and self-PR. Rousey got the same push back in the day, so did Maycee Barber (but she's no good either really) and I just wish the UFC would allow the best to rise to the top without this endless biased marketing campaign for certain fighters that they cherry-pick.

I bet Miesha looks like she got hit by a truck this morning.
- Let this be a lesson to her to let her performance do the talking, not her mouth. She performed averagely, slowly, nothing new, crap striking, ineffective takedowns.
I hope she retires again, she is washed-up and has nothing new for this division.
 
wow.... 20 years in the fight game and Miesha's striking is so trash.

Looks like the Venom logo bit her face
 
"Look at her face" is a dumb argument. Most of the fight was really close, Vieira just turned it on in the 5th when Tate gave up all semblance of striking defense or going for takedowns. 90% of the damage to Tate's face was in the final frame. Had Vieira 4-1 but it wasn't a domination.
 
Question: How would prime Ronda do against Vieira?
 
Tate was soundly beaten every single round.
I legitimately don't understand how you could even begin to give Tate a round. I'm not trolling.
Everyone I watched the fight with were laughing at the bias in this fight for Tate.

Vieira was tearing her face up and Miesha maybe landed 5 good strikes the entire fight. Tate just eating straight shots over and over.
You're just bias because of the tits.

At least 4 of these media judges actually watched the fight and didn't just stare at Mieshas ass the entire bout.
 
Tate cracked her a few times, looked good in moments, but Viera landed the more damaging strikes. I really will never rewatch the fight, not that impressed with either fighter and don't think either has what it takes to be champ. I wish Grant/Yanez fight was main event.
