Australia- A Niqab clad Muslim woman (Carnita Mathews) got angry at being pulled over so she went on a malicious rant against the White Australian policeman accusing him of being racist and anti Muslim. She filed a complaint accusing the policeman of racism, anti Muslim behavior and of trying to rip-off her Niqab.

Dashcam video exposed the woman as a liar. The sentencing judge gave her 6 months in jail. The head of a Muslim association came to the defense of the woman and said she shouldn't be jailed on compassion grounds because she has 7 kids. On top of all this the woman and her lawyer had the chutzpah to say that since the woman is wearing a Niqab there is no way for the police to prove it was her (Carniata Mathews) who made the complaint. More reason the Burqa and Niqab should be banned since people can claim it wasn't them under the veil.

Where was the bloody compassion for the policeman whos career could have been ruined from the malicious accusations leveled against him. This shows that it isn't just these fundi Muslims who are the problem but the Muslim community leaders . Now we also have 7 future Muslims who will be raised with hatred towards non-Muslims, even while they exploit the good nature of non-Muslims who provide them with opportunities , government welfare and privilege of living in a 1st world country.

Another reason why bodycams and dashcams can be so important for policing: because people make up shit all the time. Muslims in particular, I feel really feed off the victim status resulting from "Islamophobia" and I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the vandalism at mosques and pig heads thrown at them or whatever are false flags. Agree with the OP that Muslim advocacy groups or community associations are a problem. Up here they spend a lot of money on lawyers and lobbyists to win victories with our Human Rights Commissions and put pressure on gyms and school boards and stuff to get Sharia-based gender segregation rules passed and stuff like that. Some people think it's not a big deal but to me it's pretty creepy and sinister, especially when you think about it like this: if they have all this dough to spend on lawyers and lobbyists, why don't they just set up their own schools or swim classes....seems they would much rather get Sharia established as a legal precedent. Also I agree with the last sentence of the OP and it's a very chilling thought, a very disturbing reality we're now faced with.

Probably not, it's not like this video came out after the fact. She also won her appeal on the basis of claiming it wasn't her that wrote the official complaint against the officer. It was plainly obvious to everyone that she's a lying bitch. The ruling on the removal of burqa/niqabs for officials was also upheld.
This was all back in 2011.
