Vengance: UFC gives Conor a rematch

It's not a gamble, UFC are going to pay Nate to throw the fight just so they can recover their golden child conor mcleprechaun.
Just like they paid him to take a dive at 196, right?
I can't believe we are still throwing this around AGAIN. This is fighter bashing in it's purest form.

True, Silva was subbed a few times, but he fought in 40 fights FORTY, you gonna get caught, you learn from you mistakes. He got subbed TWICE, DQ'd once, and dropped a 2 round decision in his 3rd pro fight. Yes, if any one deserved one it would be him, but Ill stick to the #1 contender must. It only holds the losing champ back by one fight as long as he is still worthy of a Championship fight.
Mighty mouse? Hes p4p #1 right now id give him the nod for a rematch clause hes got what like 7 - 8 defenses ?? Not far off the record

no, they can't fix every fight and i'm sure they had their money on conor to win.

Nate doesn't seem like one to take a dive for money. He's to gangsta for that shit.

And why? Because of "get that loss back"

Both camps are shook. Best fight ever.

As a Conor fan I wish he would fight Frankie or Aldo.

I don't want him to fight the guy who just beat him.

Heavy gamble. Crazy fight.
Pretty dumb on Conor and his managements part. Another big loss to Diaz is really gonna derail his career

I know exactly why this is happening. Conor realizes what he thought before might have been incorrect. If this is true, this is NOW Conor's gauge. If he loses to Nate again, he will stay at 145. He has lost the hope at 155 if he loses again. He gassed out at 168, was beating him, but gassed. Also, Nate was only 2 weeks trained...lol. Conor might be realizing, that extra weight was the problem? or the 155 division. Conor, thought he had the whole 155 divison. He really believed it...NOW, this fight means allot to Conor. If he loses again, he will never try 155. He will see it as a hopeless thing. So Conor takes a rematch because this will never leave his head.

Not sure why losing to Diaz impacts Conor at 155. Nate is by far the most difficult fight for him at 155. Styles make fights and Diaz is tailor made to give Conor fits.

Come on...

Do you honestly see a Cesar Gracie fighter taking a dive? Or being more specific a Diaz brother throwing a fight? Zuffa wouldn't risk to even make that offer, especially being well aware at this point that they aren't exactly easy to control.

Thing I could see them taking advantage of, now that they have a win over Zuffa's current golden goose, it's getting a rubber match clause in the contract.

Possible, I suppose, but I don't know that Nate would EVER agree to throw a fight.
