They use angles and poses but influencers also distort images with liquify to make body parts bigger. You can see the curve around the body parts and it distorts the background, that's why they like to have something in the background that doesn't have straight lines so it isn't obvious, or a section of it with a solid color background so they only distort/liquify that area only. In these pictures it's the bedsheets that are messy so distorting/liquify won't be obvious, or the white plant planter - distortion is done on the white part of the planter because it's a solid background color and distortion wouldn't make the curve obvious in that area.
