Zoomed in (look at the METAL BARS to the right of her waist ). This happens in almost all her shots. If her editor took a bit more care he/she could avoid also distorting the background when they're lying to her fans about what she looks like.... :

I knew that had to be the case.

I remember back in the 90s when Photoshop was just starting to be a thing some bodybuilding magazine randomly inserted a shooped photo of an unknown bodybuilder and scared the piss out of a bunch of then current pros. The next month the editor copped to the fake and let everyone know about the reactions he had gotten. There were top Mr. Olympia Pros who were contemplating retirement because they were so freaked out by the guy in the photo. Some savvier readers who had worked with Photoshop knew what was up. They spotted the impossible weights that the guy was slinging in the photo and called bullshit. But it was pretty hilarious overall.

I've also been told by a wise man I know say something similar(he's half Italian). I was saying how hot Italian girls are, in my eyes the most beautiful girls in Europe. The fence was designer curved metal fence!! Excellent. In all fairness that pic was MILDLY modified. But some of her others are so heavily modded it is too far from reality and that's when it can look a bit cartoon-ish.

I mean hey I shop my pics too for clients but I don't change shape of things and erase stuff i just enhance things and you could legit say she's doing similar mods and ok fair enough its her money earner.
