For every 1 champion who abides by the "no water till we're done training" philosophy, there are 10 who don't.
Fremen-esque, is the water discipline of Valentina Shevchenko.

Some stankin ass breath at that gym. Maybe it works, but as the weight classes go up, it's a risk I wouldn't want to take.

Desantis just made it illegal TO allow specifically for hydration and shade breaks on the hottest of days. One of those idiots.
Like the American wrestler (or was it football player) who died from heatstroke while being denied water.
Comment of the dayshe seem like the type to stay dry year round
well she the most dominant female fighter, we have to give her some benefit if the doubt here.
That goes without sayin hahahShe's mentally tougher than most American male fighters.
Good.Giving dominatrix vibes.
I bet that's her rule during sex as well.
She's a spy. One day youll just be gone and they replace you with Jason Von FlueI’d be laughing in her face and drinking anyways. What’s she going to do, get Dana to kick you off the show for drinking water?
Jason going to have to put some weight on if he wants to take my place. The pepperoni pizza life ain’t friendlyShe's a spy. One day youll just be gone and they replace you with Jason Von Flue
Oxygen and water are both essential to life. Hypoxic training methods (restricting oxygen) are quite common among athletes including MMA athletes. One could imagine that restricting water during training might have benefits the same way that restricting oxygen does.
May as well stop eating and sleeping too.

DM'd youI feel you.. boxing gyms here in the Philippines are the same, except the humidity is !@#$ing brutal with no fans or air that's circulated, at the gyms I go to anyways. warm ups and a couple rounds of jumproping and my shirt is already nearly drenched :\
