Val Kilmer looks terrible

Outside of stories about him being demanding on set I've never heard anything negative about his personal life. He has donated a fuck-ton to charity over the years and seems like a good dude.
He lived in my home town. He was known as a massive asshole by nearly everyone that had an interaction with him.

OK, I'll have to take your word for it, but this is the first I've ever heard about it.

The dude had so many years of being a fucking stud. Now some non-studly years. Balance in all things, I suppose.

Cancer literally transforms you, my buddy had throat cancer and it did much the same thing to his appearance

Damned straight dude...unfortunately I had to watch one of my best friends succumb to a very aggressive stomach cancer. Saw him in March and he looked pretty normal, but had lost his hair from the treatment. Saw him later that year (maybe November time frame) and he had lost probably 50Lbs of muscle and could barely speak. He lost his battle with cancer a few months after that and it was horrible to see him just wither away and die like a rotten piece of fruit.

Can't read it because it wants me to turn off my Ad-Blocker...not a chance. haha Again, I'll take your word for it...just something I had never heard before. Regardless it doesn't really change my views of him. To each their own, right?

Funny enough I have a buddy who fucking HATES Michael Phelps (the Olympic swimmer). After he won the gold in China all my buddy did was talk shit about him about how Phelps was a notorious drunk driver who got away with it because of his Olympic status. He would go on and on about what a piece of shit he was...said he grew up near him in Maryland (no idea if any of this is true though).

Well I don’t hate him at all. I love quite a few of his movies and I can separate the person from the guy on screen. He was just a huge asshole IRL. Doesn’t mean I won’t watch Tombstone.

Fwiw it seems like he’s mellowed in his later years and tried taking a more humble approach to things.

He was my first ever mancrush. I wanted so bad to be his wingman. Fuck Maverick. Really enjoyed his entire career though and I love him as a actor. Always rooting for Val

He looks to be kissed by a rose on the grey. Maybe got a little too many thorns in his throat, there.

Depending on the type of cancer, that transformation can happen quickly or it can take a longer period of time. I went from 215 downtown o 160, it took me about 8 months to get back up to 170. I knew something was up when my son asked if I was alright, I lied and said yeah everything’s cool. It wasn’t then but it is now.

He’ll always be my huckleberry
