Vadim Nemkov pay vs Glover pay

Glover made 2.7M in the UFC in 22 fights. This is confirmed. That's an average of 120k per fight.

Vadim Nemkov had made over 2M in Bellator in 9 fights and is about to make close to another million in two months when he defends his title against Romero on CBS. He will get 300k guaranteed + sponsor money which will be big on CBS. Let's say he makes 700K thats almost 3M in 10 fights in bellator which close to the average of 300k per fight which is more than double of what Glover averages.

Where is the confirmation that Glover only made $2.7 million?

That isn't confirmation. The UFC doesn't release actual figures or any PPV point money. You're speculating.

Moreno fighting for a world title for 150k isn't speculation.

Rory fighting for a world title for 40k isn't speculation.

Paulo Coasta who's been making 70k a fight since 2017 isn't speculation.

Jon Jones sitting out due to low fighter pay isn't speculation.

Cejudo sitting out due to low fighter pay isn't speculation.

Ngannou threatening to leave due to low fighter pay isn't speculation.

UFC = U FIGHT CHEAP and there's endless evidence of this but Glover averaging 120k per fight is "speculation"

If anything someone like Glover who's had 6 losses in the UFC averaging 120k per fight sounds congruent and reasonable based on the U FIGHT CHEAP business model

Smh

"But... but... but... those backroom bonuses bro!"

I do agree with your point mate, and thank you for the response. The disclosures for the UFC do not tell the whole story. One of my old assistant wrestling coaches saved a co-main UFC PPV fight from getting canceled on short notice. He was soundly defeated, but got a wad of cash behind the scenes. The "locker room" bonus is real.
Who was it. Why don't you just say his name?

And we all don't know what Glover has made. The OP is misleading as those numbers aren't facts. Maybe you should have just created a general fighter pay complaint thread, like the countless others that have been made. Just an idea.

Glover surely made 20M via back room bonuses.

Nothing I said was unreasonable.
You don’t know what he made for his 2 title fights (one as champ). That’s a fact. There’s no reported payout and you know nothing about his ppv points payout. That’s a fact. So comparing what he made in his last fight to what nemkov made in his last fight for winning a tournament doesn’t make a lot of sense. No offense. You’re comparing a known number to an unknown number.

A guy like Glover who's had 6 losses in the ufc averaging 120k per fight is congruent with the business model where Moreno makes 150k to fight for a title, where Costa makes 70k, where Rory got 40k to fight for a title. Where Jones, cejudo and Ngannou are all sitting out due to low fighter pay. But shills can't accept it. "But... but... but those backroom bonuses!"

UFC= U FIGHT CHEAP

It's weird because he made 250,000 in the fight just before that. I'm curious about his contract.
It's a tax thing since the bout was in Cali and they have high taxes for athletes. He got paid 60K for the bout, and then probably got a "bonus" a month after for being a good sport about it

cuz he won the tourney

his previous fight he had 80/80 - as a champion
It was a tax thing, you notice it for a lot of the longer term Bellator guys when they hold events in California, their pay cheques magically get significantly smaller compared to other states with disclosed, like Arizona or Missouri

U know there is reason why Bellator cannot drag over fighters from promotions like OKTAGON. They are paying peanuts...
I mean the UFC also doesn't get top fighters from most other big promotions either, ie. your KSW, ACA, Oktagon, etc
