News Usyk reverses retirement plans

I am sure it's noble patriotism and has nothing to do with dump trucks full of Saudi cash.
That's the other argument I forgot to add. Money is better than it's ever been before for elite boxers. Joe Rogan's predictions from that old interview absolutely didn't stand the test of time.

Almost everything that retard has ever said is wrong.

It's more likely that Zelensky got in his ear. If you look at the fights on the horizon for Usyk the only one that's potentially a big money fight is Itauma. Usyk's next fight is supposed to be Parker. Also not a big money fight not to mention that the Saudis have already said they're not interested in it.

It is actually more likely that a President has convinced a boxer to continue fighting based on some tenuous notion of national morale - despite zero evidence that this has happened - than a boxer just recognizing that he can still make a lot of money.

The wisdom of Shitdog.

You think that financial motivation is more likely for a guy that started at cruiserweight rather than going straight to heavyweight (where the money has always been), a guy that willingly conceded 70% of the pot to Tyson Fury the first time they were supposed to fight? Now that's funny.

Remember in Pride when Fedor would talk to Putin after his fights? That's the same type of relationship that Usyk has with Zelensky. Only I don't remember Putin ever having to bail Fedor out of legal trouble. It wasn't long ago that Zelensky "made the call" to the Polish airport police to release Usyk after being detained. It's hardly a stretch to think that Zelensky asked him to fight for another couple years "for Ukraine." In fact, it's why Usyk left the frontlines and headed back to the boxing ring in the first place after the war started. His fellow comrades asked him to in order to boost morale.

Apparently Zelensky has nothing better to do than messaging boxers. Usyk will donate his purses to the ukrainian military so they can keep defending themselves. That's the best way to compensate the lack of Trump support.

He's a little bit too involved with Usyk's career for my liking. Not that being tight with your nation's head of state doesn't have its perks. Speaking of Trump, did you see that Zelensky actually brought Usyk's WBC title with him to the White House? He planned to give it to him as a gift until he got kicked out. 😂

Well, Usyk when was am and CW pro boxer was supported by Klits Brothers....
Vitaly is mayor of Kiev now and ....zelonka , mhmm, isn't his fired _ he feels some political concurrence risks from Vitaly and Vitaly's friends.
