Heard a few rumours about this being made, WTF is Parker being overlooked by Usyk, and why the fuck would he fight Wardley, who he will clearly outbox, but has a punch that can end a fight

i hope this doesnt happen, surely Usyk v Parker is next?

and Wardley v Itauma would be a better option

Usyk is at a point where he can fight who he wants to finish out his career, so who knows? Itauma beats Wardley so badly it's not worth making, he needs an opponent that will be a better measuring stick imo, someone like Zhang or Hrgovic who will be a live opponent maybe even a spoiler like Okolie. I think he's past facing guys who he will blitz out and other up and comers. He needs durable veterans who have shown they can get their offense in against top contenders even when losing.

Odd move for Parker if he accepts this, he's in line for a shot, why potentially risk it on this banana skin.

If the wbo have made Parker the mandatory it will probably be for the belt. That’s the only way this fight makes sense

Usyk was granted a 30 day extension by the WBO to negotiate with Parker. His team claims that he suffered an injury. Well, it sure doesn't look like it because he was just seen dancing at a night club.

I've always been a fan of Usyk but I think that he's playing games here. The WBO needs to strip him and immediately elevate Parker to full champion. Parker's been in line waiting patiently long enough.

how does an injury stop someone from negotiating

It doesn't. The WBO still ended up granting him a 30 day extension even though they requested 90 days. He needs to either fight Parker next or vacate the WBO title. Turki doesn't want him to fight Parker so that only complicates things.
