Usyk knocks Fury spark out and retires him

Yes, thats the sight of a man with clean, sharp and clear faculties. He was just imitating the undertaker for a laugh, his eyes rolled back into his skull did not in any way indicate he was KTFO and given a resurrection chance.

Instead of saying he has never been KO'd its more accurate to say he has been KO'd but woke up and beat the count.
He's also been dropped numerous times including by cruiserweights.

Usyk wont let him off this time and his powers of recovery are not what they were either.
People who get knocked out don’t magically wake up within seconds. That’s now how it works. Fury was never unconscious.

I agree that Usyk, when he hurts him again, won't let him off the hook but saying Fury's recovery isn't the same is ridiculous. You just saw him take over 20 consecutive flush shots from Usyk. Unanswered hard shots where he was out on his feet and he still managed to recover from them.

Size doesn't matter, he says. If it did then the elephant would be the king of all land animals. I feel like someone should tell Usyk that the elephant actually is the real king. It's only ever the lion in Disney films lol.

Nothing even comes close to a full grown elephant

a 2002 account posting that shit...wow
Its a perfectly legit and valid take....but I defer to you a 2001 account holy shit thats an even more elite club.

I want to attend this fight but only if it Fury has the fire in the belly. Not so sure he does anymore….

You think Fury has a glass jaw when he’s never been knocked out.

You think Fury is weak to body shots when he’s never been hurt by body shots.

What other dumb takes do you have? Tank lacking power? Bud lacking footwork? Inoue lacking speed?

LMAO
People who are conscious dont lie motionless with their eyes rolled back in their heads like a corpse.
And yes, flash KO's exist but this wasnt even a flash KO it was a proper KO for a short time, a good 6-7 seconds he waa totally KTFO.
And he even had the nerve to claim after that he "won the fight" when he was actually given a favourable second chance in the first Wilder fight.
Same with Ngannou, he "won the fight".
Same with Usyk, he says he "won the fight".

I'm glad Ngannou Thanos finger snapped his mouth shut on stage and told him to know his role.

the big problem with this and Fury, is that everyone is talking about how Fury fought and what he needs to do to win the next fight, completely forgetting that Usyk will have also learnt a lot from the first fight, and he will have a change in tactics i am sure, much like he did against Joshua the second time round

Usyk isnt just some scrub who will fight the same way, he will have noticed little nuances, he will have noticed that Fury cant fight for a full 12 rounds anymore, Fury basically took the first 4 rounds off before he got started and wilted badly in the middle of the fight after having some success, Usyk and his team arent mugs and will change accordingly, this isnt all about Fury changing, and Joshua found that out when he tried to change and couldnt win at his second attempt

too many people saying about what Fury needs to do to win thinking Usyk isnt going to make any adjustments

Maybe he thinks a bear beats it since it has little mobility

yeah, i dont get why people continually underrate Usyk. people saying Fury needs to lean on him and make it dirty; well Fury tried in the first fight and Usyk counter-grappled him almost every time. Usyk was able to stifle Fury's arms and throw him off or held him close until the ref separated them.

Usyk's whole game is about micro-adjustments on top of other micro-adjustments. he's a real meticulous strategist and can vary up his game plan on the fly. so can Fury, but i am not sure he can do that as consistently as Usyk.

we also dont know what kind of Fury will show up - he's TKO'd/KO'd everyone he's fought in rematches. but he has never lost before so will that affect his mindset? i wouldnt be surprised if we see Fury just bullrush Usyk from the first bell and try to get him out of there ASAP.

so many factors in this fight. its fun to think about!

indeed, i think because of his broken English people seem to think Usyk is a bit thick, but he is an extremely talented athlete who will have learnt a lot from the first fight, do i think Fury will land those big looping uppercuts again in the second fight, not at all*

*disclaimer, please dont laugh at me if he gets knocked out with one

Big uppercuts probably won't land as often but that shot for Fury is always going to be there because he's so much taller and longer. Usyk just needs to do a better job of angling especially on his entries.

Oh come on

First time round i could have seen it as a draw. Could well be this time. Usyk deserved the win but there was clearl ly a bias for usyk for those scoring it overwhelmingly in his favor. I think we will see les of that this time round ... and big money wants to keep Fury safe for a square off with Joshua.

I think the king of all animals would be man, who tend to be smaller than elephants.

He hasn’t been knocked out. He got up after that picture was taken, you should check it out. It was a great recovery. I think the clip is on YouTube.

I hope so, but I have my doubts. It should be another competitive, but clear win for Usyk. Hopefully Usyk has better defence this time against Fury's uppercuts and body shots.
