We’ll see. Tomorrow is Flynn’s sentencing. I have seen judges refuse to accept a plea and dismiss charges. Judges occasionally go full gangsta if you willfully violate an order.

I forgot to mention in the OP—the Form 302 they withheld said they believed Flynn was truthful, and Peter Strzok revised it 7 months later in order to bring these charges. So if the judge orders you specifically to turn over all material exculpatory evidence (sua sponte, not in response to a motion to compel), wouldn’t that be the first thing to turn over in a case like this? Like I said, I heard this judge is angry. He might wanna send a message tomorrow.
