To me the worst thing that could happen to Donny Moscow already has:
History will remember him as a corrupt, compromised president whose administration was a trainwreck.

You must really love the crooked EPA and higher taxes lol

Added: history will remember the butthurt libs crying every day of Trumps presidency over something that never materialized.

Had to add this in case somebody gets trigger happy about being off topic

And you must love bringing up things that have nothing to do with the subject in an effort to make it about THAT.

Unsuccessfully.

He said what Trump would be remembered for. I will remember Trump for lowering my taxes and defanging the EPA. I was on topic just fine

Obama impacted my day to day life in a negative way while Trump has only improved it.

For all this talk of corruption, there sure isnt a lot to show for it... I'll take wishful thinking for 500 aleks

Hmmm, it’s almost like this was politics 101.

<TheDonald>
The President identified in court as an unindicted conspirator in a felony is not politics 101 Bob lol. Not in our country, anyway.

If you think anything that happened in the 16 election cycle (outside of the obama administration spying on the trump campaign), is out of the norm of politics, you’re willfully ignorant, or a moron.

Need proof. Paul Manafort and Tony Podesta.

<TheDonald>

I advise you stop looking at politics through a child’s eyes and start accepting the unsightly reality that is politics.

Wat?

The best base. They respect you.

Certainly, he will be remembered for lowering taxes in a booming economy while vastly expanding the deficit and military spending, and he will be remembered for crippling the EPA and enabling it to be co-opted by the people it was intended to regulate. But the rest of us will feel differently about the reason we remember. People who aren't blind to the shameless pillage of your children's legacy*, both environmental and financial will not forget. You're absolutely right.

That's entirely aside from people all around the world knowing your head of state is a criminal and a stain on the institution.

*No, not your kids, incel, yours as in the people of your country.

Remember when Giuliani said they were going to issue a counter report?
Now we've reached a very cynical "why bother".

Of course, fuck it. These guys WILL believe what they're told by Donny.

I look forward to having a president I can return the capitalization to out of basic respect for the office. Something the president doesn't have in that "real dump" he deigns to live in.

Even if the House was able and willing to impeach, there's no way on God's green Earth that the Senate would remove him from office. It's not happening.
But that doesn't mean he is getting off "scott free", as some here seem to think. Damage to his administration, credibility, effectiveness at proposing legislation, and criminal convictions for his subordinates all constitute varying degrees of price.
The most common guess seems to be that we have quid pro quo on Magnitsky etc with major campaign finance crime, right? Agree that doesn't make the Senate move. We need definitive proof of money laundering (which often goes hand-in-hand with campaign finance stuff). It's not too far off but we're not there.

What about conspiracy to hack the DNC and lying to the public? That's kinda what got Nixon. Is that just, like, no longer a thing? I think that could still end up being a thing.

It's marginally possible some people still give a fuck about integrity and appearances and dignified leadership.

Anything is better than this eternarustled crybaby idiot.

I was betting my account for sig/av a year ago and none of these clowns stepped up. Homer finally did for a measly sig bet but even he committed suicide in fear.

Dont hold your breath
You got that wrong. I am the one who should not hold my breath.

Im sure you've already posted it but this thread and variants is fucking ginormous. What crimes has he been proven to have committed? I'm only aware of campaign finance violations which are pretty weak sauce and are definitely not gonna go anywhere with impeachment

Can you refer to a post if you dont wanna be bothered to post them again?
See Post 2.

Concurrently, there's a lawsuit against the Trump Org over the emoluments clause and foreign government entities booking Trump Tower.
This seems to be another thing his supporters can wave off as being no big deal and it baffles me.

I think you are on the right track, though. I believe they will need actual proof he coordinated with Russia in the DNC Hack > Russia > Wikileaks > chain. But if they have proof, it will no longer be possible to deny he has betrayed his country and needs to be tossed out of office. I have no doubt they have sufficient proof of Trump Jr doing that so I would be willing to bet he will be charged, but Daddy-o? Not so sure.

You mentioned the two felony campaign finance violations that Trump was proven in court to have committed via testimony and substantiating documents.

Why did you ask me a question and answer it in the same sentence?

He'll be impeached and removed. Even the cowardly Nancy Pelosi is left with no choice now that definitive proof of felonious conduct during the campaign has been brought forth. At this point the Mueller Report is only running up the score.
