USADA vs VADA. - what's the difference

What is the difference in USADA testing and VADA testing?
Do they test differently? Do they do random or schedule?
Why do you need two testing organizations?

I don't get it? Is VADA like commission testing and USADA is UFC testing?

WADA - do most sports and was set up by the IOC for the Olympics.
USADA uses the WADA code.

WADA is fine for every other sport everywhere. WADA and USADA are fine for the UFC too.

No one really uses VADA as the V is Voluntary.
