Why did he vote for the $1.5T tax cut for the billionaires bill if he is so worried about the deficit. He wants to create a bigger hole from which he can grand stand in front of and pretend he really cares?

He could have blocked the tax scam bill and forced spending cuts equal to the tax cuts if he was serious about the debt.
