Darkballs states the prosecution submitted evidence that they did in fact exist.
God damnit bob. Read your source. It has direct quotes for the relative portion. Defense claims Concord Catering didn't exist. Judge asks prosecution if that's true. Prosecution says no, they've been around for longer. Judge will review both sides arguments/evidence, and make a ruling on the dismissal. If you hear about the case against Concord getting thrown out next week, you'll know you were right. We don't get to see the evidence ourselves, because as you source points out, and I've pointed out three times now, the hearing is CLOSED TO THE MOTHERFUCKING PUBLIC.
The reason we know it's there is because in the United States, it would be impossible for what your own source stated, to have occurred, without the objections and evidence provided (or in the future, to be provided), because it would be triggered automatically as a matter of law.
The bottom line is bob, your argument that "haha, Mueller is so dumb he sued the wrong person," isn't even the argument your source is making.
Now I'm out. I can't dumb this shit down any further.
