Urine Trouble (Mueller Thread v. 16)

Darkballs states the prosecution submitted evidence that they did in fact exist.

God damnit bob. Read your source. It has direct quotes for the relative portion. Defense claims Concord Catering didn't exist. Judge asks prosecution if that's true. Prosecution says no, they've been around for longer. Judge will review both sides arguments/evidence, and make a ruling on the dismissal. If you hear about the case against Concord getting thrown out next week, you'll know you were right. We don't get to see the evidence ourselves, because as you source points out, and I've pointed out three times now, the hearing is CLOSED TO THE MOTHERFUCKING PUBLIC.

The reason we know it's there is because in the United States, it would be impossible for what your own source stated, to have occurred, without the objections and evidence provided (or in the future, to be provided), because it would be triggered automatically as a matter of law.

The bottom line is bob, your argument that "haha, Mueller is so dumb he sued the wrong person," isn't even the argument your source is making.

Now I'm out. I can't dumb this shit down any further.

I appreciate you posting the source. I’m fine admitting when I’m wrong, that’s why I asked for a source.

FTR after looking at a few more sources, apparently the prosecution presented as evidence that the lawyer present had been registered as a representative for the company.

You had to be given the same information several times, and each time you've softened your stance. Pretty soon you'll fully accept that you were tricked into pushing a nothingburger. You're almost there.

Except in reality I wasn’t given any information, just an assertion, as soon as he provided an actual source, I was fine admitting I was wrong.

And I'm sorry for being a dick.

Ha! Missed that. That's even better. I would have loved to see that exchange:

Defense: "Your honor, I move to dismiss!"
Judge: "On what grounds?"
Defense: "Concord Catering ceased to exist in the late 90's, and hasn't existed since."
Judge: "Then why are you listed as a current registered agent for the company?"
Defense: "......Fake news?"

No need to apologize for being a dick.

Next time be a dick and provide a source simultaneously, then you can be a UGE dick.

Maybe you could just ditch the alt right antics and stop spreading lies and wishful thinking until the facts are out.

I’m glad dirtbags like Manafort might pay their dues.

However, the emerging evidence of wrongdoing by members of the obama administration is about the biggest scandal in my lifetime. And before you call it a conspiracy theory, look at how many people have been fired or demoted already, and the recent reporting that the upcoming IG report is worse than people expected.

I haven't heard about the current administration going after the previous one for any crimes. I'm still waiting for the special prosecutor to go after Secretary Clinton like then candidate Trump said he was going to do.

“Alt right”

LOL

I was a lifelong democrat.

Also, do you not see the irony in the bolder part above? Lies and wishful thinking have been the bulk of what the left has done with regard to trump and Russia since his election. Only the furthest left posters here still believe trump will be taken down by this.

Forgive me if I point and laugh at them along the way. It’s too much fun not to.

Don't forget the unicorns, Bob.

Well, a number of people have been fired and demoted. That’s about as “held accountable” as it gets in Washington.

Wonders never cease, a Trumptard admitted they were wrong, there is hope for the universe.

This only only partially true, meaning the bold part. There is a lot of wishful thinking but to accompany that with lies is a joke considering the mountain of evidence, indictments and guilty pleas that have already been established due to this investigation.

Guilty pleas for what? Talking to a Russian.

Indictments for who? Nobodies with the exception of Manafort, who they are dragging up 15 year old charges in hopes he’ll say something damaging to trump. The funny part is they’re too stupid to realize if Manafort was to actually spill the beans about his work with foreigners, that’s actually a death sentence.

The fact is there has been no charges of trump colluding with Russia, and there won’t be. They can barely lock up Manafort on 15 year old charges.

There is now far more evidence of wrongdoing by members of the obama administration with regard to colluding with foreign officials, and attempting to effect the outcome of the election.

And they still fucking lost.

Mueller isn't fucking around

Special Counsel Robert Mueller obtained a secret order from a federal magistrate judge to suspend the statute of limitations on one of the charges he ultimately brought against Paul Manafort, a court filing revealed Monday evening.

Mueller did not inform Manafort of the secret order until after the former Trump campaign chairman had requested that charge be thrown out, the filing said.

Because investigators were relying on a foreign government to produce certain evidence, Mueller last June asked a magistrate judge in Virginia to suspend the statute of limitations on the charge that Manafort failed to to file a Foreign Bank Account Report, according to the filing.

The grand jury witnesses arrive one by one at the windowless room in the federal courthouse on Constitution Avenue in downtown Washington. They are struck first by how commonplace the setting feels — more classroom than courtroom, two witnesses said.

One of special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s prosecutors stands at a lectern. The jurors, diverse by age and ethnicity, are attentive and take notes. The questioning is polite yet aggressive, surprising witnesses with its precision and often accompanied by evidence — including text messages and emails — displayed on a large, old-fashioned overhead projector.

Only last week, for instance, did the public learn that Mueller had been probing payments made by Fortune 500 companies to Cohen since at least last fall.

“The biggest challenge for the White House is that the special counsel is conducting an investigation properly, which is not commenting publicly, only making known its activities by virtue of bringing cases or executing legal process in a manner that is publicly observable,” said Jacob S. Frenkel, who worked in the independent counsel’s office in the late 1990s.
