If as asserted by Bob Geese that Halper was a KNOWN spy then how could he meet under false pretenses? Btw meeting under false pretenses is not spying that is what an informant would do. Asking someone questions about the campaign that are illegal regardless of how that person poses as being is still being handed information willingly therefore it is not done in secret. How hard is this for you to understand. If I ask you a question and you give me an answer that is not a secret. I think if Halper was asked to sign an NDA/CA knowing that he was going to betray that NDA/CA then I think you might have some ground.

I saw a reputable article point out a president can be indicted citing nothing in the Constitution prohibits it and it also specifically provides for limited protections for Congressmen from indictment during session but didn't spell out the same thing for president. No one is above the law.

False pretenses means shit. The police and there informants can lie and mislead when talking to suspect. What you meant to parrot, was that this amounted to entrapment. And there isn't anything close to that here.
Whats the argument? This one plant forced half the damn trump cabinet to set up various meetings in violation of the Logan Act, forced them to ask for and utilize information they knew was provided by foreign sources, and then forced them to lie about it numerous times under oath?
That is the worlds greatest case of entrapment there.

This latest attempt to deflect from the investigation is just plain retarded. The "shocking" findings bobgeese and his army of tards are circling around, couldn't be a bigger dud. Even if everything alleged was true, to try to discount lawful searches, testimony under oath, guilty pleas, etc... on the ground that the previous administration might have directed the FBI to look into the trump campaign due to political bias, just fails immediately. Ever single intelligence agency in the US had reported to the Obama administration that several foreign entities had interfered in our election and had reached out (with what we now know was with great success) to the the Trump campaign. There was more than enough there, besides any political bias, to warrant an investigation. Hell, the executive would be derelict if he didn't do anything.
So in a case where we know there was at least some criminal mischief (sans, the guilty pleas), trump supporters aren't the least bit upset with that. No, their pissed that an informant was used. Boo fucking hoo.
