That was actually my 1st ride in a month. I have microfractures on my left foot and trying to see how far I can push without aggravating my injury. Why would I lie with such a pathetic effort that I just posted? I usually average between 25-30 miles on a weekdays and double that on a weekend pre-injury.

I do hope you didn't faked that run you posted. That's a good pace. I'm transitioning to running and I am a minute slower.
