I think Teed may with an impressive win. Azunna has had some bad losses though that are tough to ignore. Maybe a rematch with Spohn if he beats Teed.

Hope they sign Williams if he wins then, been doing good recently after his losses to Smith.

Yeah, I don't really see them signing Zulu if he wins, you never know though. If he does get signed however, he could maybe become a top 15 guy, but he could also end up like Grabowski.

I would really like to see Spohn get signed back to the UFC at 205. They desperately need middle of the pack guys like Spohn and Carlos Eduardo to sort out up and comers.

EDIT: I have no idea why this is grey.

I could see Zulu becoming a low level gate keeper. Beating guys who don't belong, but losing against the more talented prospects. I expected a lot more out of Grabowski though.

Dmitry Poberezhets will make his UFC debut against Jarjis Danho at UFC 211.

Daniel Spitz steps in on late notice to fight Mark Godbeer at UFC 209.

This is why I doubt they will ever have another TUF HW season. There's about 8 North American heavies left on my list, and the general idea is to just sign a guy at HW rather than deplete the pool with TUF and see how he does.

Spitz any good? Whats the lowdown?

Former football player at Washington State. Decently athletic. Very patient movement heavy striker, but his defense lapses. He trains at Sikjitsu, so his striking is reflective of that training. He can get takedowns due to his athletic gifts, but he's not a high level wrestler by any means. Reminds me of Travis Browne when Travis first came into the UFC. If you had to ask me whether or not he'll hit the top 10, I'll say no, I think he'll likely hover around the Walt Harris level, beating the lower end of the roster but not getting past a gatekeeper.

If Godbeer prepares correctly he can take it, but Spitz is a better striker. Since I never have any luck picking British heavies, I'll say Spitz will win.

Michel Batista won his fight against Drew Allen Stewart tonight. Unsure of how he won currently.

Not the freshest news, but anyway: according to Volkov Ngannou refused to fight him but seems like Volkov is scheduled to fight at some event in April and he said something along the lines that you can say that this opponent is better than Ngannou or bigger name; Kharitonov in talks with Bellator about next fight, plans to fight in the end of March.

I want to see Ngannou fight the winner of Overeem Hunt.

Understandable, Volkov would be a step down for Ngannou right now.

Azunna Anyanwu TKO's Shawn Teed in the 2nd round. Teed will be back, but that was a bad stylistic matchup for him for sure.

He's too prone to eating shots when he's on his back. Needs to work on that, can't just try to pull a Nog and take punishment until he gets that sub.

We might finally see Zulu get a crack at the big leagues though, don't think he'll go far, but he's bound to get some finishes along the way.

Yeah he'll probably get signed. I'd really rather see him fight Spohn again though, winner gets a UFC shot.

I'd like to see that too, but he ain't getting any younger. We'll have to wait and see what happens.

I do hope they give Williams a shot though, been doing good.

Looks like Jared Gordon was picked up by UFC via "Lookin' for Fight".
So... no Anyanwu.
