Unelected Ukrainian Government Kills 5

Looks like three members of the Ukrainian Alfa Special Forces had been captured in Donetsk when they were on a covert mission.

I don't speak Russian, so can someone tell me roughly what's being said by the captives?

Their are not an Alpha group. Just some SBU agents.

they are saying that they got an impossible mission, but i only listened for like 30sec...
I still don't get how can you go on the secret mission with the full ID package:icon_conf

its strange,

maybe they need it for later, so ukranian military could identify them

The news just broke.

Igor Strelkov, a russian high rank officer of GRU gave his first interview telling how he formed the pro-russian militants in Slavyansk and Crimea. He also claimed that 2/3 of militia are locals. Also he stated that most of them have a combat experience fighting in the russian army in Chechnya and Asia (they can't be ukrainians). Also he claimed that he has ukrainians who had a combat experience in Iraq. I leave the link from the russian news. But I'm sure we'll have it in english soon.

P.S. Video shows who runs the show in the East of Ukraine Separatists leaders

I'm pretty sure the Soviet military, and thus the Ukrainian military had a better system than that.

Didn't you guys know?

They routinely carry their passports, crisp $100 bills, Yarosh's business card, their Fascism Weekly subscription, Bandera's biography and a copy of Mein Kampf.

It's standard practice.

Now that I think about it, I am not sure why people are so against this "Nazi" government. Just look at how crisp and well prepared all of their Nazi items and trinkets are - clearly shows that they can keep things sorted better than what Ukraine is traditionally known for. Imho, its a great sign that Ordnung is possible in Ukraine.

Lol, sorry AA, but the way 1+1 presents news looks just as dramatized, sensationalized and polarized as any other Russian tv news. So it doesn't really reinforce my confidence in the credibility of the source. I don't see much difference from that and what Kiselev says (except that each side is promoting its own agenda and Kiselev has a special, unique and absurd level of arrogance about him that makes me want to punch him in the face)

I know, but the main points is there to see.

So troopers kill armed rebels that have taken over government buildings? I'll be goddamned!

Excellent. I'm glad you think tko made 'lite' work of me. I've never seen you express an opinion that was even halfway correct, so I must be doing something right.

Bro, you're being a whiner.. Don't be a whiner.

It was a big deal a few months ago when it was being blamed on Yanukovych..

So he's against the colony, so he's okey giving Crimea back to Russia, right? But Crimea was russian colony in the first place. Give it back to Tatars for fuck sake.

Tatars aren't the majority. The majority is Russian and the majority voted for it to be a part of Russia.

You support ethnic cleansing now?

You probably don't, but you're definitely ignorant enough to not realise the ramifications of your above statement.

Is that all you could come up with? It was the land of the Tatars in the first place. And only the ethnic cleansing made the russians majority in Crimea.

Not sure if you're being serious, but the way that they would actually handle reintegrating covert agents captured by friendly forces is through a database containing personally identifiable information and passcodes accessible by counter intelligence agents. They would probably also verify with DNA or other biometric information.

In US that would be a standard procedure, but not in Ukraine.

Wtf? I support ethnic cleansing? Bahahaha

You're ridiculous dude.. At this point, all I can do is laugh at you..

It was given by the Soviet Union to Ukraine when Ukraine was a part of the Soviet Union. It made no difference at the time, but now it does since the SU broke up and it deserves the right to self determination just like Kosovo.
