Oliver Platt
Executive Decision was the shit though.
Oliver Platt
Been a Toby Kebbell fan since Black Mirror.
Elias Koteas was gold in the few things I saw him in. Especially liked him in Crash and Fallen (Totally sold me on the film in his early, brief appearance)
I get similar feels about Chris Meloni except apparently he has a massive, popular TV show run that I had no idea about

Until a few months ago I thought Elias Koteas and Chris Meloni were literally the same guy.

A friend set me straight when I made a comment about how I thought it was so funny that Casey Jones was on Oz and my friend responded “no he wasn’t” and we got in a big argument about it.
Elias Koteas is a great actor. I think he has been over exposed on Law and Order but his movie roles are always on point. I put Ted Lavine in the same catagory as him. Great actor, steals scenes but has done a ton of TV work even though he killed it in Silence of the Lambs and Shutter Island, which Elias was in too.
Sam Rockwell - kills it all the time but he is never an A-lister for some reason
Brian Cox - he hardly ever plays lead. He was in a low budget movie call The Autopsy of Jane Doe, which was an awesome horror movie. He was great in L.I.E. which took a lot of naunce to make the audience feel conflicted about his character. In my opinion, he should have been the lead in Gran Tarino instead of Eastwood. Eastwood can't really act anymore with nuance.

He'll get there I think slowly but surely, I just predicted him to be a massive star since Dead Mans Shoes, if you've not seen hugely recommend that film.

Titus Welliver. Sure he's been doing many seasons of Bosch, had a bit part in Sons and other random appearances but the guy is Gold imo
Very versatile and holy shit you should hear his impersonations. His Pacino is off the charts and his Walken is primo!
Scott Caan

Peter Weller. He makes Ed Harris look like sesame street. Its crazy that he hasnt had more badass roles.
David Warshofsky. He played the pimp in Running Scared and H.M. Tilford in There Will Be Blood. Just think about that range. I wish he had bigger parts.
Add John Kapelos to the mix.

Good choice. John Hughes had a good eye and made good use of some of these unknown (at the time) guys... Kapelos, Paul Gleason, Richard Edson, Bill Paxton...
Paul Gleason is great.
There was a movie back in 1980 called He Knows You're Alone. It has Tom Hanks and Paul Gleason, both unknown at the time. Paul Gleason is the one you can tell is going places.
