For me he is +400 dog

He has a slight puncher's chance, and not a very good one at that.

Also, he would be hands down the worst fighter on that list of the winners who pulled it off and not even remotely close either.

I don't think Dustin will beat Islam. Not good enough, but it is MMA.

What about the 35+ year old fighter going against an under 35er in a title fight stat? 35+er has only won once below MW, and it's never happened below WW. That's in play too. Dustin's 35. Islam's 32.

Something's gotta give, and I think it's going to be the Costa hocus pocus stat.
 
Curses can be broken, so even if it's a real curse, which it obviously isn't, but let's say it is, then who's to say that Islam won't break it?
