Over the past few weeks there have been so many conflicting UFC-related stories followed by articles and statements that aim to clarify what the 'truth' is. Far from having a clearer picture I feel even more confused and I hope someone can help me with some of these questions:

Rumble's injury: Yesterday Rumble responded angrily to rumours that he had turned down the fight against Jones and said that he infact had never accepted because he had screws put into his jaw. Then why did the official Blackzilians twitter account state that he was ready to fight just a few days earlier?

OSP getting the interim title shot: Dana said that he considered Rashad Evans for the fight against Jones but that the reason he went with OSP was that he was ranked higher than Rashad (6 and 7 respectively). So if that the choice was based on rankings, and he apparently seemed happy to pull Rashad from his fight with Glover, why wouldn't Glover be the more natural fight as he is ranked number 5?

Tate vs Nunes: Similarly, if it's all about rankings then why aren't Holm or Zingano ahead of Nunes? If it's all about win streaks then Pena's win streak is just as impressive and her last win was a lot more dominant. And if it's about money then surely Holm is a much bigger draw than Nunes?

Dana White will provide us all with the real, honest-to-god truth very soon.

I don't believe anything that come out of that clowns mouth.

zingano hasnt fought in forever and tate just beat holm

jones has beaten both rashad and glover already..

Did we ever find out why Cerrone said he was ready to fight Khabib and Khabib recieved word he had pulled out?

jones already beat glover in a lopsided boring decision. against rashad there would atleast have been their animosity to sell the fight

zingano hasn't fought in forever and her last fight was the most embarrassing loss in ufc history. holm got finished in her first title defence

Good answers but this probably isn't the reason why, Gustafsson got a shot at DC coming off a first round demolition loss to Rumble and he didn't even have a win over DC like Zingano does over Tate and Bader had a 3 fight winstreak like Nunes does now.

The real reason is they're stringing Miesha along until Ronda comes back, Ronda $$$$$ >>>>>>> Holm or Tate $$$$$$$.

Zingano hasn't fought in a year. She lost her last title fight in like 14 seconds. It's got nothing to do with money; at this point Ronda sells no matter who she matches up with. WBW isn't the Ronda show for once, let's enjoy it while we can rather than trying to find conspiracies behind every match up.

At LHW the only other option vs. DC was Bader and there was little to no interest in that fight.

Pulling Rashad against Glover to fight Jones ruins a Fox Card and gives Evans a title shot coming off a loss against a guy who already beat him.

Good lord, who gives a fuck!
Watch the fights and enjoy. Or don't, but no one should give two shits what goes on behind the scenes when they're trying to find a late replacement for a very high profile fight.
