The title of World Champion is more than just a crown.
It’s proof that you are the best—and ready to prove it anytime.
A true champion doesn’t talk about contenders.
He stands by one statement:
“Anybody. Anywhere. Anytime”
Merab is good, active, but he's a runaway rooster(cowardly fighter),
he'll only accept a fight against Umar if Umar is crippled, and even then, he's forced to by the UFC.
Another serious flaw in my opinion is that Merab is an imposter; he claims to be from the old guard, but in practice he chooses his fights.
This was widely reported; Umar won, he, Aljo, and their team said Umar needed another fight, Umar booked a fight against Figgy, and even before the result, he already wanted any other opponent.
Yan's victory, in a way, cleansed my soul.

“Anybody. Anywhere. Anytime”
I think that's the true champion mentality, a rare thing these days.
Paddy Pimblett, for example, is the opposite of that, a coward, a fraudulent creature who only fights against the worst or easiest opponents.
Paddy Pimblett:
"The person I choose. In the place I choose. At a time that's good for me."

Seriously, I don't understand how anyone can like this.
