Law UK to scrap trial by jury

So it's just going to be activist judges sending you to the gulag for life for misgendering or accidentally liking some shit on facebook?
only less than 3 years, relax it goes quick

England deserves what it gets for all the crimes against humanity that its ruling class has committed.

The simple folks deserve what they get for allowing that ruling class to exist.

P.s. I do have compassion for the simple folk of England.
Geez, you must have a burning hatred against the Mongolians then

He can't remember if he's been told to hate Mongolians or not, so probably doesn't have a strong opinion

A trial without jury sounds illegal as all fuck, doesn't it?

For Americans... these Brits are trying to figure out how quickly they can sink the nation.

Imagine someone who looks like this, sentencing you for social media post without a jury

This country should not be considered an ally

The worst part is... this is not uncommon. Can you imagine getting into the prison... "What are you here for?"

I posted that women don't have dicks. - Easy - 6 months

I posted a Meme that the Government protects 3rd World groomers! - 1 year

I said Mohammad was a child rapist! - Woah... 2 years

Dude... I prayed to Jesus in Public. - Hardcore! Life!

Juries are notoriously unreliable. We made away with them in Norway a number of years back and it’s been a success.
France only has them for serious criminal cases iirc and even then 3 of them have to be judges to keep the other retards in line (if you've ever been on a jury in this shithole of a country, the US, you would not want your "peers" deciding your innocence). Doing away with it isn't entirely crazy.
If it was any place but the UK I'd almost give them the benefit of the doubt that it's for good reasons. Scrapping a jury system in a country in a multiethnic/cultural country that hasn't assimilated people well, where many jurors would have biases that align with their coethnics or religious peers...yea, that system does not have a chance in hell of being impartial. If even a mostly homogenous place like Norway had to do away with them for other reasons, that's a pretty bad indictment of the whole thing.
