How do you know that a large number of these UFO sightings are "possibly not even physical craft but some kind of energetic phenomenon"?

What is a large percentage, specifically?
How do you know any of these sightings are energetic phenomenon (whatever that is)?

That's a good point some appearances might be actually exactly that,which is again at least an uap, but there are also many info on the characteristics of the uap like 'objects' observed, eg. fighter jets instruments recordings ,indicating uaps were physical objects ,I think if I understood correctly

saw a strange light a week ago. I was watching a plane go over (at night) and in the same area of sky I saw what looked like a shooting star briefly. But it was travelling upwards at 45 degrees.

I heard this morning there an asteroid heading toward Earth that will enter a high orbit for some crazy amount of time like a month or two somehow. Is that what you heard about?

"The asteroid is expected to orbit from 29 September before escaping from Earth's gravity again on 25 November.

Unfortunately, the second moon is going to be too small and dim to be seen without a professional telescope.

The asteroid was first spotted by NASA’s Asteroid Terrestrial-Impact Last Alert System (ATLAS) on 7 August before scientists worked out its trajectory in a study published in Research Notes of the American Astronomical Society.

The asteroid, referred to by scientists as 2024 PT5, comes from the Arjuna asteroid belt, which contains rocks that follow an orbit quite similar to Earth’s."

Some authors claim that the greys follow bloodlines, presumably ones that have genes that interest them. So for example if you married a woman that's being monitored by them and had kids, your kids would become abductees like their mother. However if you've never seen the greys chances are they're not interested in you at all. Allegedly there are many different groups of greys with different objectives, the ones interested in genes might be a very specific faction. All speculation of course.
