It´s his skill ceiling. He doesn´t know how to open them up. He catches them, or doesn´t. He´s good at getting hit and not carring and landing some power shots to win. He´s not createning some big opening moving forward.

Honestly I've warmed up to him. For better or worse he's not point fighting his way through these tough fights, he puts himself in danger and lets it rip pretty frequently.

Chito needs to switch teams (no disrespect to Parillo) he has not evolved in 5 years and probably needs a sports physiologist. He's lost a handful of winnable fights because his fight IQ and confidence are completely misaligned.
