Only thing I can think of is liability, but even then this is a very weak slander/libel case. One has to demonstrate loss when suing for those, and I doubt people care enough for this to have any effect.

Plus, Bryce's lawyer could just say his client is playing a character for entertainment purposes like Alex Jones or Tucker Carlson.
