One thing other sports do better than UFC is keep thier athletes longer which allows better name recognition. UFC is kind of cut throat with it's 2 loss and cut policy. One thing UFC should've taken from Pride is to reward the losers that make a good show, or use the losers for highlight reels to showcase stars. Imagine nba, nfl, soccer cutting players or teams after 2 games lost in a row.
