News UFC PPV's to now be $74.99 USD

I will happily slate Dana any chance I get, I think he's an absolute cunt of a human being, the worst fake tough guy I've ever seen. However, pricing will have little to do with him, there is no way he is involved in calculating the figures or implementing price increases. Sure he'll be involved in the approval process but it'd be more of a 'Dana we've done this please sign it'.

I feel sorry for my US brothers, your pants are being well and truly pulled down on this one.

of course it's structural. but why are you even asking this question? it seems like you're trying to justify piracy like it's not contributing to the fighter pay problem. you can't have your cake and eat it too. you're either for better fighter pay and want to do everything possible to better it, or you're ok with how it is and that's why you're ok with pirating ppvs.

it doesn't matter anyway because the money sink is WME/IMG's debt it's not greed just to greed.
Nope not justifying piracy. Pretty neutral on it in this instance. I'll point out that most people who pirate straight up will never pay 50 bucks for a PPV, let alone 75. They're contribution is pirating and spreading word of mouth. Similar to pirating in video games or movies or music. It's just the way that system works. Also, the solution to mma pay would be spending your dollars elsewhere than the UFC. So can't really blame a dude for pirating a UFC product out of unhappiness with the system and spending that money on some fighters onlyfans or Bellator or what have you. Hypothetically speaking

you must be smoking crack if you can hear people's texts. stop projecting your insecurities on me just because you have no rebuttal and you're pissed off because you took what i said personally. i guess you are one of the dummies i'm talking about with how butthurt you just got. what you mistaken for "having a heart attack" is actual passion, something that you have no idea about because you sit in an echo chamber of do nothings and jerk off for likes about things you're completely wrong about.

nobody is calling out the UFC, they're acting like Dana White is personally in control of what happens. it's hilarious because you're too dumb to even realize i'm not against calling the UFC out, i'm against being stupid about it and pretending like you're going to do something about it when you don't.

go ahead and do something to help them or shut up. you and the other clueless fighter pay people on this forum are the reason the fighter pay sucks. because you're too dumb to do anything about it. you think it's checkers and it's chess. wake up.
Imagine being this "passionate" over defending a company. Truly cucked mindset

I actually dont know whats your problem guys, for premium product, you need to pay premium bucks :D
ps: god bless streaming platforms ;)

Lol. Even the most stacked card on the history of mma would struggle to justify that price tag, let alone the weak cards we get nowadays.

There's no PPV where I live (Argentina). You just need to be subscribed to Star+ to watch the events at no extra charge. $75 per event is insane.

This is amazing. Instead of copying the WWE Network idea for a super low price and access to all content/PPV's they went the complete opposite.
Almost every hardcore would be willing to pay $14.99 a month to not have laggy streams. Casuals would be in immediately.

I watch these with casuals and they always ask the price, and usually toss out "Are these things still like 50 bucks? That's insane for what you get, they should be $29.99 at the most." and then I have to correct them and say they're $69.99, now $75. LOL.

Unreal!

Good way to revamp the PPV buys especially when most cards are watered down to hell nowadays...

I think they are in for a big surprise if they think people will pay that much, but hey they did it just before the big HW clash everyone is interested about to strongarm people, as usual

This is how I remember it. $39.95 was the best price.

Yep, It was like that for a while too and I got every one, lately with the price as high as it is I only get stacked ones and with latest price increase will get very few now.
