UFC Performance Institute, is it a Conflict of Interest? Should UFC interfere in outcomes?

So far, from what I seen Ngannou, Conor, and Kevin Lee used this.....and all of them seem to be pushed by the UFC to be succesful.

One hilarious point is all three of those fighters jut lost via way of gassing. Sometimes it is better to just road run and grapple, opposed to getting on state of the art 0 point gravity treadmills, under water treadmills and NASA engineered ellipticals.

*had. Both were cashed out when WME bought Zuffa along with the other minority owners like Joe Silva. Dana was brought back in and gets 9% of net profits yearly. I am not sure if he holds a piece anymore but Frankie would know. That is 9% of net profits, not gross and not revenue so it is literally after every single cost to include taxes are paid.

He bought back in at either 6 or 7%
He had to sell & re-buy because his ownership was tied to Zuffa

Conor doesn't train there though
He uses UFC Gym in Nevada (where TUF is)
but funny observation

your link is from 7-2016 and provides no evidence of Dana whites current stake. Nothing from any of you guys suggest that he actually lost his piece ...
and your link says nothing about Flash giving up their piece ..

what are you trying to say exactly ?

so again you were wrong with your post of .0001%

that's at least 16.0001% according to you (actually me calculating it for you)

and that my friends is why you cant just take the word of "Frankie" the guy who gets paid to do this .. FULL of SHIT !!

No, for MayMac he trained there.....and, he gassed vs May. Atleast open workout was at performance institute and many of the pics to Instagram were at Performance Institute, with the special blue matted boxing ring they had put in.

Good job & thanks

Yah, when Conor trained at his own rented gym at 202, or the TUF Gym for 189, he did not gas. Versus May tho, he gassed, and that was his first camp at the PI.

That makes UFC PI: 0 and 'the cheap out dated way' 3.

"There's an old saying in Tennessee — I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me twice— you can't get fooled again..... Fool me thrice?!!? I dont train at the UFC PI, folks!"
