50-45 is laughable, but easily 3 rounds for Imavov, so no controversy on the UD.

He was a step ahead of Caio all night.

50-45 is a perfectly reasonable score IMO. Certainly more reasonable than scoring it for Borralho.

Sometimes I think that some posters are literally other fighters or part of their teams that lost to other teams. For sure fighting nerds haven't looked good lately. However c'mon even with that loss it's almost a fraud check for Imavov as some "KO destroyer"

There's really no reason not to eyepoke or kick the opponent on the nuts. Derick Lewis is a genius of strayegy. You always get away with the first one at least.

He needed to go hard with the pressure from the start
Couldn’t deal with Imavov hand fighting and sharp fingers

He cut weight twice in three weeks and flew all over the world, not good for the body.


I think he would’ve implemented more grappling with his striking had he not been compromised, imavov has terrible balance he could’ve been covered on so many of those trips which had him wobbling all over the place.

I think Imavov has a chance more with Strickland's decline than anything else.

Imavov is still a one-two merchant who works on a hair-trigger. That's hell for Sean's handsy style. He would constantly be vexed and prodded. He's just a stylistic minimalist.

Yea I'm going to rewatch the prelims later probably since most of them were first round finishes and I skimmed over most of them. Was a great night of fights overall and I think we can all agree that the Paris crowd is by far the best crowd in MMA.

It didn't go too well for Imavov last time, but maybe he's gotten better and won't get dog walked. I think that should be his next fight.
