UFC Now Needs to Throw Bricks of Cash at FEDOR Emelianenko for UFC 200

If this truly is a one-off for Lesnar, then Lesnar-Emelianenko is the biggest fight to make.

There are few opportunities to make actual dream fights happen, but this is the ONE and only time to book this one. If Lesnar gets flatlined by Hunt, it doesn't really do anything (much like feeding Kimbo Slice to Matt Mitrione). Hunt is a perennial journeyman on a high now, but especially if he loses to Lesnar, it's a lose-lose situation if Lesnar is not coming back for another fight.

Emelianenko's (new) management needs to cancel the squash match with Maldonado (which airs on Fight Pass. apparently), and get this fight done—once and for all.

OP, Fedor is fighting for UFC Fight pass.

They are gonna feature Fedor vs Maldonado....No doubt in my mind that ZUFFA's plan is for Fedor to win this fight cleanly then for him to fight Brock.


Fedor vs Brock, is the only real super fight they can make for UFC 200...perhaps the best SuperFight of all time tbh.
 
Cash at Fedor, and kill Gary Millen. It is still possible boys!

so 2 guys close to 40..
One has not had a fight in 5 years and the other one fought a 2-0 fighter and will now face a very shot 205er .
These 2 are the best super fight of all times?

Yeah.... no. Just no.
 
Maybe 5-6 years ago. Now? No.

Let's not pretend these guys are anywhere close to what they used to be.

Brock vs Fedor is the best SuperFight in MMA....Sorry but it is.

Not other fight had the hype like this Superfight, not even Anderson Silva vs GSP.


Sure circumstances are different now but it's still the SuperFight everybody wanted to see...It will still do very well.

It is still the SuperFight that UFC 200 needs.

That would be a dream, a fking dream if it ever happens. It's like pamela anderson and cindy crawford going full lesbo and super hard with multiple strap-ons in their glory years..lol

There are no hype since its pure speculations and peoples dream/wishes.
That fight will only do well based on Brock, sorry.
Fedor have never been a draw and his ppv sold piss poor.
I dont see UFC signing Fedor for a oneoff fight.
But we have to wait and see. Who knows.

My money is on Hunto.
 
I wouldn't throw bricks of cash at Fedor. Not with the fight being on 200. This event is already going to sell. How many more sales will a Fedor/Brock fight generate? A Fedor/Brock fight has lost it's allure from what it could have been years ago. Sure I'd love to still see it but it's not something the UFC should pay out of their ass for.

I think you are probably right and unfortunatley for Brock, Hunt likes to hit people.

Fedor is perfect adversary for brock tho.

You people just don't fucking understand that the opponent matters a lot...Why do you think Conor vs Nate did so well? Because Nate is a shit talker thus the perfect adversary for Conor even tho Conor will outsell Diaz if they were to fight in separate cards.


Fedor vs Brock have a lot of build up, a lot of history that ZUFFA can easily hype to make people care about the fight. Not to mention Fedor has always been the quiete Russian Killer, why Brock is the cocky American guy, that makes the fight have some uniqueness that the causal viewer will enjoy. I mean Fedor went 10 years undefeated, has an amazing highlight, thats enough for people to give a shit about the fight.

So yes Fedor vs Brock > Brock vs Hunt......Fedor is just the perfect adversary which will get people more hyped.
