Media UFC loses another top NCAA wrestling prospect to WWE

It's nice that the WWE is getting more diverse by signing proud POCs, especially the Italian Americans, the most marginalized ones of them all

Genuine question for someone who doesn't watch WWE or any "professional" wrestling. What is the point of signing actual wrestlers when WWE and sort are more theatrics then a sport. Is it to keep the illusion off it being real?

Ferrari is only a sophomore at OK State. He was getting booed by the 100 people in attendance at the ncaa finals last year because he was stalling.

Looks like that guy from Jersey Shore :rolleyes:

Yes, avoiding a career of brain damage.... what could be worse

Did this dumb looking dude show any interest in MMA? Does he have any kind of striking background? How exactly did the UFC "lose" this guy to WWE? Were they trying to sign him?

This thread seems like very weird and roundabout way to try to either promote WWE for some dumb reason, or to shit on the UFC for literally nothing.

Bad look TS.

More money upfront, but how much do wrestlers in WWE actually make. Like on average not the stars?

I think it's good money, but they're on the road all year round. Average seems to be about $200k a year.

But there a lot less of them than there are UFC fighters.

It’s not a career it’s an opportunity. Oh wait.

That hairline will have sherbros talk for years.

This is your discussion point now? Averages? There's much more opportunity and a higher ceiling. He also doesn't have to fight his way just to get in on a show that penalizes his strengths. It's a no-brainer. He will make more money in the WWE.

But hey, if you think he made a bad decision then write him a note on instagram.

Tibau won against Khabib and Khamzat is ducking Magny

Plus I need to learn hieroglyphics to communicate with him

"prospect" to me means they're in the system. this guy is a collegiate wrestler which to me says he's as likely to become a tax accountant as he is a ufc fighter.

Well, this is the level of intelligence I was expecting. Send him a note, I think you guys will have a hell of a conversation.
