We all miss that era (2019-2022), look, if you think UFC is still fun it's cool but to me it no longer gets my hyped or makes me have the same vibes I had or we had when we were in this era, the 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 were the best era's of the UFC but since 2023 and 2024 and so on, the UFC is going downhill.

The promoters of UFC of nowadays are all about money, they make any fight they believe it's about money instead of what's best for business like making Stipe vs Jon instead of Aspinall now which actually gonna have more people be interested in it instead of Stipe who's now 42 years old and no one will be interested in watching him fight, they glaze whoever they wanna glaze and and discard the others, like when they released Mokaev, like the UFC is no longer about what's best for business.

Also the sport no longer gives you the same vibes of back then, when you were watching the sport extremely anxious, cry in happiness when you see your favorite fighters win or cry in sadness when they lose...etc, and like the athletes of today has no Charisma or enough Auras.

I enjoyed the Strikeforce and WEC merger era the most, especially for 155 and up. That was basically the peak, the best 170, 185, 205 and HW have ever been. Arguably the the best LW had been too. 2010-2016 was a great time to be a fan.

Currently Bantamweight is great, the rest of the divisions are sorta whatever.

2005

Chuck / Randy / TUF

Wanderlei / Rampage / Shogun GP GOAT / Fedor vs Mirko

And many more

But... you said "UFC is a fun sport"... UFC is not a sport.

So I assumed you meant MMA.
Anyways that's my opinion, back then, the sport wasn't on the highest levels, there weren't 3 title fights in some of the UFC events, the roster wasn't as big as rn but also somehow, the UFC's stocks IMO has gotten lower, Dana has been focusing on this power slap thing and he's not a promoter he's now being an Ass-kisser and doesn't care about a lot of his fighters.

Edit: Example of like when he gives Pereira all the privilege in the world and make him be the most active guy on the roster but what about Khamzat for an example who's been asking Dana to fight many times?

The best eera of UFC was when Pride and WEC fighters came in and ran shit.

The best era of MMA was Pride.
