UFC Has Lost All Credibility With RR/WMMA

Has anyone seen evidence that Cyborg wants to or even could fight at 135? Ronda has had 4 fights in the UFC now. The UFC has had WMMA for over a year. If Cyborg wanted to fight in the UFC and could get to 135 she has had over a year to get there, and all we've seen is talk while she goes and fights muay thai instead. Cyborg doesn't want it, but by talking about it she stays relevant in the other stuff she does

Look at any card she has main evented to get an idea about that. Mainstream fans buy pay-per-views for the main events only. Very few ever buy an event for something on the undercard. The UFC could run an all female card, but it would only bring them to the bank or make them go bust on the strength of the main event.

Agreed, though sometimes co-main events generate casual fan buys too in the case of a big co-main event with one or two fighters known in the mainstream too.
But yeah, for the most part you're right.

DC vs that coffe boy was also one sided match. I dont see people crying a bucket over that.

Yeah, something like this past week is an example of that as they purposely stuck Rousey on the posters as well in the co-feature to get some extra buys on her strength. I almost wonder if they did that to boost Weidman's star power by Osmosis. Get people to buy for Rousey and stay for Weidman.

But that's right on the money either way. It's the stars they put on the posters and in the promotional spots that sell the pay-per-views. If you are on the undercard, you are there to entertain about a half full arena, a handful of people who are killing time til the big fights at home, and the slew of hardcore fans like us that will watch anything you put in the cage.
 
Cyborg smashes everyone easily and no one says she's not legit. Rousey smashes better competition than Cyborg, quicker and more convincingly, and she's the one that has lost all credibility.

So lets blame Ronda and the UFC that no girl stacks up to her level..... did you say this when Anderson was 16-0 in the UFC or is this just because you hate women?
 
Meh. Ronda is very good. We will see how good when she fights Cyborg. I still think Cyborg is the number one Womens fighter on the planet.

You mean the same Cyborg they did bring in and offer an 8 fight contract to and letting her fight several times in Invicta so she could get to 135 and still be healthy? Or is there more than 1 Cyborg, because the only one I know was a UFC fighter and ran away.

Ronda has agreed to 3 fights with Cyborg, Cyborg got all 3 cancelled, once through steroid use, and twice by actually refusing to fight Ronda.

You have it backward my friend, Ronda has beaten more top 10 opponents and beaten them more easily and without being 'roided to the gills. Cyborg is the one who nobody really knows how good she is (or isn't). Too bad the shertarded (not necessarily meaning you) think Cyborg is some sort of killer and that "everyone. knows Dana is protecting his cash cow from getting KTFO", whick I consider the eqivalent of racists and their "great white hope" in the old days in that they just want someone (anyone) to beat RRR.

Pure crapola. Or are you so dense that you didn't know Cat's been injured? And Cyborg fled ti Invicta rather than make weight. Ronda was set to fight her in SF @ 145 until cyROID got busted being a cheater. You need to get a grip on the facts.

Anderson was put into some very compromising scenarios in which he looked like he was going to lose. Ronda has never even been hit cleanly yet. The level of WMMA is atrocious.

Can you imagine a male fighter with the exact same skill set as Ronda? He'd get tooled by anyone who knew how to strike or wrestle.
