Has Assuncao ever gassed? Aljo went to Denver 2-3 weeks ago whereas Assuncao only leaves today.

Watching tape now on RA. He looked slower in his last fight against TJ. Might be from ankle surgery or TJ is that fast.

Ngannou ITD is 1.36, thats gotta be some kind of record, right? Might throw a little on Arlovski at 5.00, cause its heavyweight and AA can still hit him with a big one.

I will most probably play AA, the odds are getting out of hand. Sure Ngannou is a legit prospect but AA is by far his biggest test plus its HW and at elevation (AA will be more used to it). Hopefully the odds will keep improving.

I was eying Arlovksi too since he seems to be a ”new man” at Jackson's and everything, more experienced, probably a better technical fighter in all areas and such. However, after looking at his record for a bit I'm not sure if he actually got any better, it's just that Jackson's coaches can mask that he's shot to shit much better then he could before.

Let's look at a timeline. It's 2009, Arlovksi comes of a handful of good wins since losing twice to Sylvia. He's 29 years old, in his prime and decides that he wants to fuck up that fat Russian fuck and be a legend once and for all. He boxes up Fedor, looks good for the most part and then decides to throw some jumping knee and gets knocked the fuck out. Oh well, shit happens, Fedor was pretty good. Then he goes and gets himself a fight six months later and gets TKO'd by Brett Rogers in 22 seconds and although the guy had some hype at some point, and some power to go with it, he's not really a technical genius. Arlovski keeps at it, gets outpointed by Silva in a fight I think was mostly a jab-fest, although I haven't watched it in forever and later gets knocked out by Kharitonov. He says goodbye to strikeforce, wants a few wins and joins Jackson's gym around this time. He TKOs ray Lopez and Travis Fulton before a No Contest against Sylvia due to soccerkicks. He then knocks out Devin Cole, decisions Mike Hayes and manages to survive for 3 rounds against Anthony Johnson. After healing up from that beating he decisions Mike Kyle, TKO's Kraniotakes and gets back to the UFC where he goes on something of an unlikely run. Late 2013, at 33, he takes a split over Schaub, a TKO over Big ZombieFoot Silva and gets KO-standing but keeps swinging for a TKO-win over Travis Browne. He then dryhumps Frank Mir in his best win since 2008 before getting stopped by Miocic, Overeem and Barnett all in 2016.

I think this fight is a way for the UFC to make sure that their new big, black badass who looks like a marvel super hero gets a name win or two so they can put him into title contention before Miocic manages to contend with Mighty Mouse for worst selling UFC champion and they do it in the safest way possible. They literally gave him the only name fighter in the UFC with no chance what so ever to ever contend for a title again in a match up they deem un-loseable. There is no way the guy who got two reasonably hard fights to prove himself and then gets to fight Bojan Mihaljlovic and Anthony Hamilton to get on a winstreak gets put up against Arlovski levels of damaged goods unless the UFC is more or less sure that there is no way he shits the bed.

I think AA gets torn asunder, but I may take small stab at quite inflated odds. It's heavyweight.....

Watch Barnett VS AA and you'll change your mind. AA is on bigfoot levels of fade

Thoughts on Li Jingilang?
unfortunately this Chinese guys doesn't exists at social media so can't find any info regarding preparation , shape, camps, tactics etc.
I watched a tape of both and also following Bobby Nash from more than 3 weeks. I feel pretty comfortable to make solid (as for me) bet on him. Solid prospect , wrestler with great cardio and power in his hands. Good mindset and serious carrier plans with UFC.
Probably i will parlay him with Francis for couple more $

that sounds sketchy for me to play assuncao now, that elevation is no joke.
No shit man I'm already sweating my 2.5u play on him... how did I not think to check on that first lol especially when I'm fading Frankenstein for the same reason

Lol at Pena not taking the future champ seriously. Shev has been there and done that and I dont think Pena has ever fought at elevation. 5u on Shev. Really confident in this one.

She did say earlier that she was "obsessed" with Shevchenko and watched all her fights and stalks her on social media so not sure if Pena isn't taking her seriously. I had a bet on Pena but bought out of it, will look to LB unless some new info comes out.

If Shevchenko can avoid the clinch then the fight is hers to lose but she spent a lot of time in the clinch which could mean its instinctive. If she gets taken down by Pena I don't see her getting up until the end of the round.

Imo if she's not training at altitude, then she's not taking her opponent seriously. If you dont train to fight at your optimal self then you're not taking your opponent seriously. Hendricks trained 4 times a WEEK for Gastelum instead of the 2-4 times other fighters train per day. Respecting yourself means you're respecting your opponent and what they can do.

Shev has been there and done that. She's focused solely on being at her best for the fight by training correctly. She's also being very respectful of Pena and is trying "to earn the right to fight for the belt" as she said in the countdown. She has the correct mindset.
