UFC FN 223 PBP/Discussion

I mean, he never had an upswing in the first place to be fair.

At least he made it to the ufc and well..gave tough fights to some decent fighters. He didnt look ufc level in this fight and just ufc level isnt that big of a deal at the moment.

McGhee was -180 and -196 near the end of R1. That was nice.

Newson looked sad every time one of his moves didn't work.

Lol christ, Newson looked terrible.

Just seemed to mentally quit. Was obviously uncomfortable for a lot of the first round but didn't really face any adversity then when he failed to get the takedown then as soon as he got dropped and just seemed to give up.

A couple of major lessons I still haven't seemed to learn from - don't parlay flawed fighters, and don't parlay them against opponents you don't know anything about.

Newson is done in the UFC. He's 34-years-old, just lost to a guy on a few days short notice, and is 1-4-1 in the organization.

Just got in. How have the fights been so far?
Pulling for Eggers by stoppage on the next one.

Are they playing Fall-Out Boy to appease gay fight fans or something because this is terrible. I'd rather hear the BK commercial lol.

These music choices they've had in general for these fight night shows have been terrible for a while. They should be forced to only play Stemm, the official band of the UFC.

Unless he plays poker with Dana that would seem the case.

3.55 dog cash in the first round, and was no even difficult
