Levy, who boasts an 8-2 record in UFC and bears the nickname “Lethal,” made headlines for trouncing a white supremacist troll who challenged him to a fight last year. He said the courses are meant to “teach people to stand strong, to show confidence, to be proud of who they are, to never be ashamed of who they are and where they came from.”

“The main goal is to make everybody feel safe,” he said. “We want, again, everybody to be confident in their skin.”

Self defence or even just gym work is a great thing for any man to do, and women for that matter.

I have a family member at a University and another soon to go off to college, next year. they are part jewish, with more typical jewish sounding names. It does bother my family some of the hate directed at jewish students on campuses. I hope they learn self defense. I hope they never need to use but it wouldn't be a bad skill to have in todays climate.
