It should be, but he was never really in danger of being finished, so they won't give it. Seems like you need an attempted murder to get a 10-8 at times

i thought Jan was going to KO him either by walking through his weak leg kicks to left hook, or when he buckled Ulberg numerous times with the right low kick,, to throw a little left hook while he was off balance. but i guess he wanted to play it safer.

True, I thought he might catch him with the left hook as well, I feel bad for Jan, he is getting older and those leg kicks barely landed and were grazing, it was ridiculous to score that as significant strikes.
