i was watching the fight where the rakic guy could have easily stood up from being on top of an injured opponent and instead laid passively on him. which were you watching?

To be fair I don’t think a win over smith gets you a title shot anyway, he probably climbs 1-3 rankings though and took no damage. at the end of the day that’s pretty solid

I see a lot of people slagging Rakic off here but if you were him and Smith is happy losing every round on his back, why wouldn’t you take the easy win.

he’s never had to leave first gear and won unanimously.

It really was Smith trying to get it to the ground no matter what, Rakic just took the easy win but I wish we saw more of a fight. Magny did what he had to do too, props to him on that but damn these last 2 fights were blah.
