its hard to detemine what ended the night for the glass-jawed nigerian, either volkans short left with no leverage or simply the impact of oedemir pulling manuwas glass head to his shoulder

Jimi/Jan was a boring ass fight where Jimi pushed him against the cage some, and neither guy did any damage. Jan was too comfortable with his back to the cage for sure, probably because Jimi wasn't doing anything in that position. The fight was NOT an impressive performance by either guy.

I know who's chin I trust more, even if those 3 KO losses were to studs.

When I see someone post with an "LOL" I automatically downgrade their handicapping. Jimi might win, he is the favorite after all, but posting LOL when discussing other people's sensible counterpoints or breakdowns about a fight means DUMB to me.

For sure. It's just so bizarre in this case because...we saw these two guys fight before! And it's not like it was a decade ago and one or both have completely changed as fighters. It was a relatively close, boring fight the first time. The only thing you could look at possibly being a huge difference would actually favor Jan (that at 38 and with 2 brutal KO losses, Jimi's chin may be cracking).

This fight is less a hypothetical than most, given they faced each other recently.

I’ve been slightly leaning Ray, but after listening to MMA Vivisection I’m not sure anymore. Of two patient outfighters Kajan is the even more patient one and he has no pressure to make anything happen. Ray is the favourite, he’s coming from a loss and is fighting for home audience. Ray just might get frustrated and lose his cool enought for Kajan to take advantage.

It's not strange at all, anything can happen and you play the value on the odds. If you think theres 50% chance that someone wins and he is +200 of course you play him, and if you think someone got a 60% chance to win but is -350 you don't play it. Simple logic
