Rumored UFC Apex CLOSED Until Next Summer In November - Upgrades(Adding Seats/Concessions)

It seems like the UFC’s decision to throw fighters out of the building after the fight is over is beginning to pay off. The revenue from putting fans in those seats instead of fighters is paving the way it seems.

Adding a little bit of seats

It will feel like those UFC events from 10+ years ago when the crowds where tiny. Or maybe like those fight for the troops cards which also were tiny

"Glad they're adding seats"
Why? Will people really want to go to watch these cards?
I've been to an Apex event. It's def a different unique vibe watching it in the building.

It's so quiet and intense. You can hear everything.

Going to be interesting to see what UFC does with cards that would've been for Apex, maybe they have to stack them a little bit more.

The problem isnt the venue,

It's the shitty events with below regional level fighters plastered top to bottom.
Yeah.. I skipped last card altogether and I used to watch everything from top to bottom.

I think there too many cards... which is not bad per se.. but I find myself skipping more and more of them.

With Bellator crumbling, PFL not delivering and JMMA scene dead UFC can get away with pretty much everything.

Thank God, UFC Apex or the church graveyard as I call it has been hurting UFC badly, looks like one of those very bad regional MMA shows on the Native American reservations from 2002. Horrible arena, well its not really an arena is it, its a gym.

Bring back real humans

I don't think you have been to any local shows or the Apex because they don't look or feel anything alike.

How has the Apex been hurting the UFC? The timing of the venue becoming available for use just shortly before the COVID outbreak made it way more valuable than they ever imagined.

I also find it hilariously ironic all the self proclaimed hardcore fans here have such a problem with Apex cards because they only have lower level, lesser known fighters.
