Brady v Morales is indeed a great fight but not an eliminator as Garry , Usman or maybe Shavat is getting next shot imo..

Prates v Edward's should be a really fun fight - in no way an eliminator for shot but winner will enter the convo.

Benil v BSD not a contender fight.

You're using these words but I don't think you fully grasp what the concepts mean.

When you have ranked fighters coming off wins, they exist somewhere in title contention picture. A loss to another contender in your own division essentially "eliminates" your immediate chance, typically. In both fights you listed, whoever loses, will in fact not be in the immediate title plans, while the winner remains.

Likewise, whoever wins between Dariush and BSD will now jump into the rankings with 3 wins in a row, putting them somewhere but clearly in the contender category.

It's a shame there's a wmma fight on the main card but yes agreed it's a great looking event

"Headlining" the prelims... is often something they'll do with someone who has teh attention of the casuals to buy the PPv... & is still a good sign. Your name on the main card should be the draw... but falling back & headlining the prelims isn't that big of a devaluation. imo

He still has a lot of hype despite being exposed in his last outing.

Still a good sign over-all, but if he gets exposed again, then his hype will no longer be able to be swept under teh rug... & he'z going to loose all his hype.

Might be good for him though... as he had some near-delusional responses to his loss last outing. Maybe his sense of immortality is what drivez him though... but he's gonna have to keep winning from here on out to support that illusion.

It's endlessly interesting to me to see how this shakes out.
