We've made it homies... Here we fucking go, let's do the damn thing
Asakura - Elliot
This one feels like a lock. Kai is younger, faster, more explosive, more technical and is coming off a title loss. Elliot is a savvy vet who can give him some problems but I just think Kai will be too much for him at this stage.
Asakura
Cannonier - MVP
This is a tough one for me. MVP has the momentum and style to make it difficult for Jared of course. But Jared is a big, strong physically imposing middleweight who is good at making the octogan smaller. Cannonier gets outworked often though and MVP might be too much for him with the blitzes.
MVP
Neal - Prates
This should be another fantastic fight. I'm curious to see what Carlos' approach will be early on considering he got outworked in his last fight with Ian. I think his range will give Geoff some problems once he gets him up against the cage and Prates will land a fight ending punch.
Prates
Murphy - Pico
Another interesting fight I'm really looking forward to. Lerone is levels above Pico in terms of technical striking. I don't think Pico has ever faced a guy as sharp and defensively responsible as Murphy, but Lerone hasn't faced anyone as dangerous and unpredictable with an array of attacks like Pico. I would really like to see Pico finish him bit I think Murphy will keep his distance and win a decision.
Murphy
Khamzat - DDP
I think we all agree, well most of us, that either Khamzat finishes him early (1st rd) or DDP whethers the storm and puts it on Chimaev later on in the fight. Either way I couldn't be more excited for this one.
I've got Khamzat with an early finish.
