UFC 295 Still Not Sold Out at MSG

3 weeks until the event and half of the tickets are still not sold for the event.

In blue still available seats. Looks like half of the arena.

What is the reason for it?

1. Is Stipe not a big draw?

2. Ticket prices are insane? Cheapest nosebleeds tickets are starting at 600$.

I think even the casuals know what a farce this is.

There's absolutely no dimension or stakes to this fight. Jones almost certainly beats a completely over the hill Miocic, then rides off into the sunset in retirement. Who gives a shit? It's not like there's any story that can continue after this one.

Prices will probably come down closer to the event, but the hype meter on this is low. Gustafsson/Jones 2 this aint.
