it's been a while since I watched it but there were clearly moments where he could have taken him on the ground in the first few rounds and he didn't. he stood back up. He didn't start actually shooting until the 4th or 5th and it was hopeless with a broken hand but, yea.

It was much earlier than that. He shot in the 2nd or 3rd from memory. It was at the point that Wonderboy started to out strike him on the feet. He was happy to stand and bang until he started to lose.
