UFC 252: Miocic vs. Cormier 3 Discussion

FDGTD for the Main event at - 200 seems like an easy pick but im doubting myself for some reason. What do you think guys?

Liking dodson and both herrig and yoder, but ive told myself not to play wmma for some weeks now and it has worked in my favour lol

If it does go to a decision I think its much more likely its due to DC laying ontop of Miocic the entire time. The line to me is way off, I’d line it around -400 or so, and got 3u on it myself. They may both come out better defensively, but I don’t think there is a 40% chance of this going to a decision. Ask yourself would you like to play the goes to decision at the current odds? 2.50 is way too low for me to play that. I really like FDGTD at -200.

Junior dos santos had some horsemeat as well!

Really not seeing much I like to bet this card, have 4 plays so far and I wouldn't say confidence is high in any of them

Burns missing weight big time. Don’t like him in my parlay now.

Interesting bets. Looks like you like Chito Vera and finding interesting ways to make money. I've got:

$10 Stipe by KO/TKO @ +185
$10 parlay Pichel > Dvalishvili > Rozenstruik > O'Malley > Cormier @ +1010.4
$10 parlay Pichel > Dvalishvili > Rozenstruik > O'Malley @ +490.4
$10 parlay Dvalishvili > Rozenstruik > O'Malley > Cormier @ +339.3
$10 parlay Yoder > Miller @ +371.5

And yes I know that some of these wagers conflict, but that's mostly just hedging.

I think Vera presents some serious threats to O’Malley especially in the stamina department. O’Malley seemed to gas out in the later rounds which is why I think Vera round 3 might hit. I’m not 100% that O’Malley is the next McGregor with one hit KO power but if he flatlines Chito (who has never been finished) I’ll change my mind. Having said that, I think anyone can be finished so I’m not ruling that out for O’Malley because he does have the height and reach advantage and sometimes that matters a lot.

Stipe looks like he could water cut to 205 and fight Jon Jones his next fight

No way. Stipe looked very, very lean. Far leaner than the average 205 pounder and about as lean as the typical 185 pounder. While possible, making 205 would be a nightmare. Cormier, meanwhile, could very easily make 205 given what he showed on the scales.

Former light heavyweight champion could make 205? You don’t say.

Leanness doesn’t determine how much water you can manipulate out of your system. 28 pound final two week cut is very in the wheel house of light heavyweights. I’d imagine there’s many LHWs that are 233+ on fight night
